Modern Slavery Policy

Dizplai is committed to improving our practices to combat modern slavery. We will not tolerate any form of modern slavery, including servitude, human trafficking and forced labour in our business or supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity and transparency in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that any form of slavery is not taking place in our own business or supply chains.

Business and Structure.

We are a software company working with broadcast, digital, mobile and social media solutions, with a customer base spread across the globe. Our social TV moderation platform helps broadcasters and brands to personalise content, increase and engage viewers. Dizplai has 3 offices, located in Oslo, Norway, Manchester, UK and New York City, US. This statement relates to all 3 office locations and any future locations.

Relevant Policies.

We have a number of internal policies to ensure that we are conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner. These include:

  • Recruitment – we operate a robust recruitment policy, which includes obtaining documentation of the individual’s right to work in to work in the country in which they will be employed to safeguard against human trafficking or individuals being forced to work against their will.
  • Whistleblowing – our whistleblowing policy ensures that all employees know that they can raise concerns about how colleagues are being treated, or practices within our business or supply chain, without fear of reprisal.
  • Health and Safety – this policy aims to ensure we provide a healthy working environment for our staff, and ensure that all our employees are treated fairly and with compassion and dignity.

Supply Chain.

Our supply chain includes hosting services, 3rd party software and development services, and partners selling out product. However, as a software company, Dizplai does not have an extensive range of suppliers where modern slavery or human trafficking would generally be a material risk. We use suppliers whom are considered to be reputable and who confirm that their own business activities and supply chain do not involve slavery or human trafficking.

Future.

We will continue to take steps to identify any significant risks in our business and supply chain and to raise awareness among key personnel about modern slavery or human trafficking and the various forms it can take.
