HISTORY Channel UK invited Vikings viewers to send in their best Viking impressions for a chance to star in personalized promos for broadcast.
Contact UsTo promote the upcoming series of multi-award-winning Vikings, the History Channel produced a selection or promo idents broadcast on their linear channel. Fans of the show were asked to film themselves and share their clip on social for a chance to be featured in the dynamic TV spot. Using Dizplai producers sourced a selection of viewer videos, selected the best ones and published in near-real-time for the broadcast and online.
Fans are encouraged to unleash their inner Viking and Tweet their clip using hashtag #VikingsUK. Each Tuesday during the show, the best video is shown on air as HISTORY’s Viking Of The Week.
